About About Jacob Aja, PA-C

Jacob Aja, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care in Columbia, Maryland.

Jacob graduated with honors from Boise State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences. He then went on to complete his graduate education at George Washington University, where he earned his Physician Assistant degree.

Throughout his career, Jacob has gained experience in several areas of medicine, including surgery and orthopedics, before ultimately discovering his passion for dermatology. For the past six years, he has practiced dermatology in Maryland and is excited to join the Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care team in Columbia.

Jacob treats a wide variety of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other skin conditions. He also provides skin cancer screenings and assists with the diagnosis and management of skin cancer.

Jacob believes strongly in a patient-focused approach to care and understands that every patient is unique. He is committed to creating individualized treatment plans to help each patient achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and two high school-aged daughters. He also enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and experiencing live music whenever possible.
